Which purchase channels are eligible for warranty registration?
Currently, imuto accepts warranty registration requests for products purchased through TikTok Shop, Amazon, the official imuto website, Shopee, and other officially authorised sales channels.
Do I need to provide an order number?
Yes. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for warranty registration and future support verification. If the order information cannot be verified, warranty service may not be available.
Does submitting this form mean my warranty is automatically approved?
No. Submitting the warranty registration form does not guarantee final approval of warranty service. imuto reserves the right to review the purchase channel, order information, product condition, and other related details before providing warranty support.

Can imuto refuse a warranty request?
Yes. imuto reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the request does not meet our warranty policy, if the purchase information is incomplete or unverifiable, or if the product issue falls outside the scope of warranty coverage.
What situations may not be covered by warranty?
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, improper storage, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or purchases from unauthorised sellers. Final assessment will be based on the official review by imuto customer support.
What if I purchased from another platform?
If your purchase channel is not listed, you may still submit your information for review. However, imuto may require additional proof of purchase and reserves the right to determine whether warranty support can be provided.
